Retiring in Nova Scotia
Start with the 2 places we’ve profiled so far. Each guide covers everyday life, what to consider and retirement residences to explore.
Halifax Regional Municipality
Halifax
Gardens, waterfront outings and a busy cultural centre give Halifax broad appeal. The regional municipality is much larger than its walkable core.
Central Nova Scotia / Colchester area
Truro
Victoria Park and local history give Truro interests beyond the everyday errands. Explore this inland Nova Scotia town at the pace you expect to live.
